Refund & Exchange policy

Please read this before you order — every figurine is made just for you.

chibibi is preparing to launch; these terms are being finalised and are subject to legal review before we take orders.

At chibibi, every figurine is personalised and custom-made to order from your photo. Because each piece is unique to you and can't be resold, our refund and exchange terms are specific to custom goods. This policy applies to all customised figurines bought through chibibi.me.

Changing or cancelling your order

• You can cancel or change your order for a full refund any time before it enters production.
• Because your figurine is bespoke and personalised, once production has started it can't be cancelled, changed or refunded.
• Personalised, made-to-order items are considered final sale once production begins.

Refunds

Once your order has entered production we're unable to offer a refund, as the item is made specifically for you and can't be resold. You approve your figurine on screen before production begins, so you always know what you're getting.

Exchanges & replacements

We'll gladly replace your figurine if it arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. To be eligible:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
• The item must be in its original condition.

We'll replace it with the same design (or a corrected version) at no extra cost.

Not eligible

• Change of mind or preference (e.g. wanting a different size, colour or design than the one you approved).
• Minor variations inherent to hand-made, hand-painted items.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• Claims made more than 14 days after delivery.

How to request an exchange

• Email hello@chibibi.me with your order number and photos/video of the issue.
• We'll review and reply within 3 business days.
• If approved, we'll arrange your replacement and give you any return instructions.

Return shipping

If the problem is our fault (wrong item, a defect, or damage in transit), we cover the cost of the replacement and any return. In other approved cases, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
